Cantt find shortts thtt fitt! Hellp!?

Its getting hott and i cant wear sweeatpants or jeanns all the timee so i neeed shortts. I amm about 5 ft. or 4'11 and a 00. And i tried abercrombie and hollister. either they were a bit big around the waist or too loose in the butt and thigghs. But i see other girls probably smaller than me wearing themm. Do they shrinnk? Beacause if theyy do they wouldd probablyy fitt. Atleastt i thinkk.? Pleassee helpp!!:)
