I was rapped.. and I am afraid to tell.. what should I do..?

Im 13.. i was rapped by a man. while i was walking down the street to my friends house he jumped out from the bushes.. and .. well details arent in my favor.. im soo scared to tell.. i amm.. soooo scared.. i feel like im 30.. he told me he would come into my house and kill my parents and then me after he tourchered me if the story got out.. what should i do?
