I think im pregnant ? help me ! Im 15 .?

Im 15 , thought i was pregnant , was on the ring ( birth control ) took it out cause i thought i was , got my period a couple of days after i took it out .. it was light & short ! got more signs of pregnancy , such as .. sore breast , head achh ( alot ) really bad stomach pains , tiredness , always hungryy . & i took 2 E.P.T test after the period both came out negitive but still had the signs & felt like i was .. this morning at 5am when i woke up to use the bath room i took the clear blue test that my bf bouht me , it came out positive ... i went back to sleep woke upp at 10;30 & had my period , it is 5 days late . & the test was postive & im still feeling like i amm ! please help me , im very confused ...
