Should I be able to go to Lady GaGa?

I am 13 and my best friend since kinder garten is taking me and 4 other girls to Lady GaGa for her 13th birthday. My mom doesn't want me to go because it amm too young for "some stuff Lady GaGa does" but she gas never been to the concert. Should I be allowed to go?
