Is it wrong to have two doctors.?

ok so i go to my normal doctor..who prescribes antianxiety meds...he is my normal doc and has been for like 5 years...but my backs been bothering me for like a yearr..my lower back..and i complained to him everytime i see him..he would just tell me to stretch....everrytime ...so it started really hurting and he prescribed a muscle relaxer wich didnt do anything...but make me drowsy..so one day i cracked and made an appointment with another doctor who is an urgent care center as well as a doc office.who i had seen previously cause one time i couldnt get into my doc ..but anyways..so the new doc took xrays and diagnosed that i had spondalothesis ..wich is a slipped vertebre.i kno this is spelled wrong but whatever.anyways..so he prescribed vicodin and wanted to do back adjustments wich is what i had seen him for previously.so i came back for an adjustment and he wanted an mri..so i got the mri...anyways ...when they asked about meds i was takeing i said i was taking anxiety meds.and he made me do some questionare.and diagnosed me with add wich i had when i was a kid.and prescribed adderall..so ive been trying it for three days now..it helps me focus..wich i have been haveing trouble with..but when it goes away i get realy bad anxiety and depressed for a few hours..the point of this is..wich doc do i talk to about it ..cause i havent seen my original doc since all this..so he doesnt kno ive tryed the adderall.so wich do i talk to about it cause i dont want them to think im doc shopping and trying to get pills cause im not.i only went to the new doc cause the old one wouldnt do anything..i just want to have my back fixed .and be on the right meds so i can be productive and get what i need done done..idk what to do .or wich one to say anything to .cause if i get labled a pill seeker and doctor shopper then i wont get the meds i do need..and im 21 so i think the original already thinks im a pill seeker.so if someone could help...sorry for all the bAD GRammer and missspells.i type to fast and i dont pay attetntion as long as u get what im saying...plz help me..
