Why is my vagina like this?!?!?

I havent started my period yet. but i was in the bathtub and it looked like a very little amout of dirreah came out ofmy vagina! idk if it was but it looked like it. I tought it was dark blood but i had a pad on all day today and when i took it off.. i looked like poop stains. im amm sooooo scared idk whats going on! HELP!
