Any online shoppers 16-35 ? feedback please!?

i just wanted to know what you think about shopping online for clothes, your opinions are very welcome on anything to do with online shopping. (eg what type of service you would like from shopping online, what should be avoided when setting up an online store etc anything at all is welcome)
