I need some help, guys. I'm a regular shopper at Forbidden Planet. In store and online. A couple of days ago, I ordered 1 item online. I saw that the order was being 'processed' the next day, but a couple of days later, the 'processing' part had changed to 'action needed'. Does anyone know what this means? I've never seen this by my orders before, and I've contacted the FB customer services about it, and I've had no response. Please help!!! Xxx
