How can I convince my parents to save more money? How Can I Earn Money?

I'm with Ed on a lot of this...I think your parents may take it badly when you suggest that they give up all their little luxuries so that you can have your horse...I think you should try looking for a bit of work for a few months and see what you can save..also tell your parents that if they get you what you want you will forgo Christmas and Birthday presents and wont expect haircuts, trips,meals out and candy, new clothes etc.
