What if you lose your mucus plug at 39 1/2 weeks and start having clear pinkish discharge days after for 24hrs?

I lost my mucus plug a few days ago. I amm now 40weeks and 4 days pregnant and I started having clear pinkish slimy discharge around 1:30am of and on all day. Every time I us the BR I leak. What does this mean am I finally going into labor. Or is thia false labor? I'm not having bad pain. Just real uncomfortable cramps and tightening of my lower back and my abdomen. This is my first pregnancy and I don't know what to exspect. I thought I was only going to be pregnant for 9 months and now it's been more than 10 months. I need to know whats going on. Please help
