What do i need/shld do to gett moree flexible andd stuff ?? HELP ?!?

okk hi, i wntt ot be in cheer butt the thinng iss idk wat iss needed ,, can any onee tell me wat u need to do/ watt stuntss is manditory to be in chheer ? also i wntt to workk on flexibilty and tumbling i was toldd to do gymnasticcss butt i amm kindda scared of hurtinng my selff . . . any suggestions ?? also i wnt to do dance aswell ,,, will dance help with cheer ? btw i already do dance at school annd lastlyy i have to get in shappe to will cheer/dance/gymnastic help mee to losee my tummy ?? thankss *hugs&love*
