ok so i go to my normal doctor..who prescribes antianxiety meds...he is my normal doc and has been for like 5 years...but my backs been bothering me for like a yearr..my lower back..and i complained to him everytime i see him..he would just tell me to stretch....everrytime ...so it started really hurting and he prescribed a muscle relaxer wich didnt do anything...but make me drowsy..so one day i cracked and made an appointment with another doctor who is an urgent care center as well as a doc office.who i had seen previously cause one time i couldnt get into my doc ..but anyways..so the new doc took xrays and diagnosed that i had spondalothesis ..wich is a slipped vertebre.i kno this is spelled wrong but whatever.anyways..so he prescribed vicodin and wanted to do back adjustments wich is what i had seen him for previously.so i came back for an adjustment and he wanted an mri..so i got the mri...anyways ...when they asked about meds i was takeing i said i was taking anxiety meds.and he made me do some questionare.and diagnosed me with add wich i had when i was a kid.and prescribed adderall..so ive been trying it for three days now..it helps me focus..wich i have been haveing trouble with..but when it goes away i get realy bad anxiety and depressed for a few hours..the point of this is..wich doc do i talk to about it ..cause i havent seen my original doc since all this..so he doesnt kno ive tryed the adderall.so wich do i talk to about it cause i dont want them to think im doc shopping and trying to get pills cause im not.i only went to the new doc cause the old one wouldnt do anything..i just want to have my back fixed .and be on the right meds so i can be productive and get what i need done done..idk what to do .or wich one to say anything to .cause if i get labled a pill seeker and doctor shopper then i wont get the meds i do need..and im 21 so i think the original already thinks im a pill seeker.so if someone could help...sorry for all the bAD GRammer and missspells.i type to fast and i dont pay attetntion as long as u get what im saying...plz help me..

It will burst if we continue on the current path of big spending that requires the US to continue to borrow. The path we are on will lead us to have to borrow more than GDP. That is bad really really bad. At that point we are just another Greece. Just wait till all those government payments are not going to welfare people, riots in the streets will be here just like you see in Greece today. But the only thing I've found from this preview I disliked was can you keep a reader hooked through the entire story? Is it exciting? One more thing, you should end the preview with a bit more mystery and excitement. However as a rough it was quite an enjoyable story from the preview that I took. Even if people don't respond to this, I would recommend going ahead and creating a typed up manuscript and begin to start preparing to publish it. Should I return the diamond rings I bought?

I bought 2 diamond rings on sale at Macys. I am a shopper and can't resist a deal. I bought them whereby I can pay them off in 24 months which will come to $340 A month. a word of advice.... when you put the cpu heat sink on make sure to have the thermal paste in an even coating on every part of the cpu. Make sure the ram is all the way in. And before you boot into the windows disk, boot up without windows installed into the bios to make sure that your hard drives are in the correct setting and that all the parts are registering properly. Make sure you get all of the mobo screws in because that ensures that it is secure and it won't budge. Organize the cables if you can. and next time don't buy everything from newegg. they overcharge on some stuff.

Ok. Just to start off, DON'T sneak around. You will get caught if you continue. This is from personal experience, so trust my word. I love my boyfriend and we never have any serious problems with each other but my family had issues with him (very stupid issues). So, after a while we realized my parents weren't letting me go anywhere with him. This made me upset. So for a few weeks every wednesday (cuz I didn't have any classes) he would come over my house and we would hang out and stuff. My mom caught us. Not being able to see my boyfriend any more kills me and gets me really depressed because so many problems arose from sneaking around. Hi fellow seniors, how do you feel about organic food?

I think it is hysterical. The "organic" food industry just slaps a word "organic" on a product and jacks up the price to triple the price for that product and they make a ton of money. There is no one monitoring, inspecting the organic food industry. So no one is verifying, inspecting, checking to make sure that farmers are actually growing or producing things organically. No one is proving or having to prove that the product is "organic" they just have to claim it is, and people who don't know any better just accept it for the truth and pay extra for a product. It is like when companies claimed a product was 'fat free" or "low fat" and they were not. I think as long as there is hype and money to be made they will continue. They don't need proof, no one monitors that industry.

It's a good investment if you were going to be spending that amount in rent anyways. The problem is that people often do not consider the total cost of owning a home, the taxes, the insurance, the maintenance etc. When looking for a house, people often see just the mortgage payments and say, that's what I'm paying for rent already, might as well have some equity for my money but they fail to consider the taxes, insurance, maintenance, their own time and possibly the additional commute. Needless to say, owning a home can be a good investment but it's rarely evaluated properly and hence rarely is a good investment. As with any investment, if you didn't do your homework before you buy, then it's not a good investment.

Every Saturday I take two 5mg percocets to get high. I don't believe it's a problem and I am certainly not addicted. I mean seriously... Once a week is no harm! It actually has gotten signficantly easier to find plus-size clothing for a range of styles, budgets and ages since the recession, for exactly the economic reasons you've pointed out. Is it perfect? Nope. Still have a long way to go and it is an underserved market still. Most options are still available mainly on the internet and through catalogs, though, not your local mall.

Christian husband dilemma?

I'm not fit to be anyone's wife. It's hard for me to even concentrate long enough to do something like those super-shoppers who have binders full of coupons and can get a cart full of groceries for $15 because they have a coupon system. How to convince my parents?

I'll be turning 18 in a few months and was looking into buying a gun, i know that at the moment it might not be the wisest economical investment but it is what it is. I'm not an idiot when it comes to fire arms. I have fired plenty, know many people who own them. The problem is my mother said, "your not bringing a gun into this home." which basically means if i want to own a fire arm I'd have to move out. I'm not against, I've suggested this actually but when i did my mom got angry that i would want to move out. I don't know what to do, I've explained that her thoughts were contradicting and to some degree unfair. (Ok before i get any bleeding heart liberals, gun haters, or people that post their opinions instead of answering my question please let it be known; I understand that it is they're house and therefor they're rules. My Mom's father was Border Patrol so she has been around guns since she was a child and my Dad continues to hunt with his Brothers so I don't under stand why they would be so against having a gun in the house. Working at Mcdonalds. Need Advice.?

I'm an 18 year old recent graduate. I got hired to work at mcdonalds at the beginning of my senior year. I wasnt very well trained, the crew trainer was a guy around my age at the time and there was another trainee who was a year younger (she also complained about the lack of effort on his part). All he would do is flirt, which got very annoying. After my 4 hour/4 day training week i got transfered to the mcdonalds im currently at. At the start it was very difficult i had to learn everything as i went on because when i asked for help the managers would get annoyed one even accused me of being a whinner, which i most certainly am not! So i kept my mouth shut after that, when i made i mistake i learned from it and even though it made them very angry i ignored it. Ive gotten 3 write ups so far, and it upsets me so much. All my co workers have been working there for years, out of the new crew members im the only one whos stuck around for so long. Ive wanted to quit so many times but i dont because the money is very much needed at home. Just last week i graduated on wednesday, on tuesday one of my managers calls me and says "Where are you? Had you any idea your suppost to be working right now?" Never had i been scheduled to work on a tuesday i mostly worked weekends and one or two days of the week. I had never before missed work and when i do work im always 30 mins early (being late irritates me) I told her i must of misread my schedule and apologized. She told me i was getting a write up for not going. i let it go that time and decided not to be so hard on myself. On saturday i was scheduled to work, when i went back on sunday a manager told me i had yet ANOTHER write up for being short 2 dollars and 84 cents. So i got suspended for a week!!!!!!!! I am aware you can only be short 2 dollars but one of my other co workers was over 5 dollars and she didnt get a write up because she got a perfect score on both of our mistery shoppers. I hate how they do this!! i am sick of mcdonalds i feel really stupid working there, can somebody please tell me what i should do?
